Over his 25 years of experience in the restaurant industry in New York, California and Utah, Founder, Rory Herrmann built relationships with the best chefs, sous chefs, cooks, general managers and other restaurant staff.  Rory utilizes his extensive rolodex to place the best talent.  Chef Herrmann has placed chefs in private homes throughout the country as well as executive chefs in major casinos in Las Vegas.  Rory really specializes in finding the right person for the job rather than proposing multiple candidates that might not fit with the position.
